ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd (ProtectHealth), has a vision of success to be the premier not-for-profit organisation in the Coordination, Administration, and Management of initiatives related to Financing Healthcare Services and Public-Private Partnerships.

We are committed to implementing a Quality Management System that meets customers’ needs and expectations, including compliance with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to international standards.

This Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objective at all levels of the organisation. These objectives shall be reviewed on a regular basis.

Our Quality Policy is defined and strongly driven by the following management principles:

  • To be a leader in introducing innovative health financing mechanisms in order to improve accessibility and enhance the value and effectiveness of healthcare for the people in Malaysia.
  • To create a healthy and strong competitive market for any health financing agency by operating as an efficient organisation that can serve as a benchmark to local companies or those similar function.
  • To implement equitable, effective and efficient, mechanisms and sources of health financing to supplement the public funding for healthcare, so as to ensure that strong healthcare services for the community can be sustained.
  • To expand the accessibility of quality healthcare services by enhancing the utilisation of the public-private provider ecosystem.

Management is committed to continually reviewing, improving, and communicating provisions of the Quality Management System Policy to ensure it remains relevant effective and aligned to the strategic directions of ProtectHealth.
